Ventures is interested in committing $5-20 million in equity
capital to service-based companies with strong potential for
capital appreciation. We are interested in both startup
companies and existing, more established businesses. We are
currently investigating investment opportunities worldwide, with
a specific focus on emerging markets in Europe and Asia.
Established Businesses
We are interested in better-established companies situated within similar industries which service an existing client base and rely on an experienced management team. Here we are looking for companies with the opportunity to benefit from the infusion of investment capital, geographic and acquisition-based expansion, and the achievement of scale to improve profitability.
Startups
In a startup, we are looking for service-based businesses that are favorably situated within fragmented industries that show strong potential for rapid, large-scale growth. We are looking for talented, motivated management teams who are eager to collaborate on the aggressive development of their businesses.
