City that manages a portfolio of equity commitments to small,
service-based companies around the world. Metro
Capital typically invests $5-20 million in equity over a variety
of different service sectors. Our goal is to build our
portfolio companies into leading business service providers,
focusing on aggressive organic and acquisition-driven growth.
Metro Capital is actively seeking partial or total acquisition opportunities in American, European, and Asian markets. We are experienced entrepreneurs who work together with management to grow good businesses, and seek to achieve scale through the creation and development of synergies between portfolio companies. Through our hands-on approach, the Metro Capital does more than simply allocate investment capital: we also provide active support, working to refine operational efficiency, boost sales, achieve scale, and ultimately add value.
